Want to know where your DreamGlow™ is? Here's how to track it. 📦

1. Check your shipping email

When your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Track with your tracking number

You can also paste your tracking number directly at 17TRACK.net, which supports carriers worldwide.

3. View your order online

Click the "View your order" button in your order confirmation email to see your order status at any time.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. Tracking can take 1–3 business days to update after your order ships.

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time, email us at support@dreamglowco.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
